Information We Collect
When you apply through our Facebook or Instagram application form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, esthetician license status, professional experience, and work availability. We also receive any résumé or additional application information you choose to provide.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to evaluate your qualifications, communicate with you about the position, arrange interviews, and manage the hiring process. We do not add applicants to marketing lists.

Access and Sharing
Within Body Sculpting Room, access is limited to the owner and staff involved in hiring. Service providers supporting our application, communication, and storage systems may process this information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Facebook and Instagram
Applications submitted through Facebook or Instagram are also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

How Long We Keep Information
We retain unsuccessful applications for one year after the hiring decision, then delete them unless a longer retention period is required by law. Information about hired applicants may become part of their employment records.

Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application information, or to withdraw your application. We will respond subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
